In this age of instant communication it’s easy to pick up the phone or send someone an email, but there’s something to be said for the nearly lost art of writing a note.
Maybe it has to do with the fact that handwritten notes are so rare, that makes them so special and makes people respond to them so positively. There’s no better way to strengthen a relationship with a client then the simple act of sending them a note.
